You will be providing an efficient and effective support service to the sales team and our customer base ; assisting in pro actively managing customer requirements to ensure that we meet and exceed our customers’ expectations by providing excellent customer service at all times .
You will be the recognised point of contact for the customer and will be involved in resolving any customer issues , preparing quotation for products and services , liaising with our vendor partners for pricing , organising deliveries and project managing new installations .
