Our business continues to grow creating an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join a busy recruitment team focusing on contract resourcing based in Birmingham.
To support the business in providing a seamless delivery of candidates within the agreed SLA and ensuring that “best of breed” is identified for the skills required of the customer.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues
- Source candidates through effective advertising, head hunting and database searches
- Screen candidates via the telephone / face to face
- Maintain the existing CRM (MatchMaker)
- Administrative tasks –
o Ensuring work to right rules are adhered
o Appropriate security clearance – SC / BPSS as and when required
o Interview confirmation
o To ensure that all contractor documentation is received and validated in line with current process
- Ensure that a professional and corporate approach is maintained at all times
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience of working within a delivery function
- Proven ability to build relationships and rapport with candidates / clients
