We now have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Clerk to join our Pyramid Payroll Services solution.

    Job Description
    The Despatch Clerk is responsible for the safe and secure packaging of Clients output.
    To ensure output has been produced in accordance with checklists.
    To ensure all output, including sealed payslips, has been produced to the
    highest quality and to obtain reprints if necessary.
    To complete all Courier documentation.
    To maintain accurate records of all output dispatched.
    To maintain adequate supplies of labels, courier consignment notes and any associated stationary items.

    Desired Skills
    Sound knowledge of SCS Payroll reconciliation procedures.
    High degree of numeracy and accuracy and the ability to operate a PC.
    Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
    Sound knowledge of offline equipment.
