Main Duties of the Job:
To be based on site at Heathrow Airport to provide desk side assistance to their employees using computer hardware , software and peripherals .
To provide IT support by telephone and remote access
To ensure that any IT issues are fixed within the service level agreement .
Repair and maintain hardware -Servers, PC’s, Laptops, Printers and associated peripherals .
To assist in installations , moves and changes of IT equipment .
To deal with calls in a timely manner to achieve required standards and response times ..
Ensure all incidents dealt with our processed on the appropriate call management system .
To provide a great customer experience .
We are looking for :
IT Engineering break /fix experience / IT service desk experience
Experience setting up lap tops and personal computers
Good hardware knowledge
Keen knowledge and interest in current IT issues
Good problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Windows\Office related products
Good communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to gain SC clearance
