The role .
As an Internal Account Manager you will support and manage a number of high profile commercial accounts ensuring that they have the highest level of customer service by being the designated point of contact and providing a full portfolio of account management services including preparation of quotations [including technical specifications ] management of orders through the internal queues , ownership of aged debt , following up on quotations with customers , management of special bids , being the first point of contact for all customer queries and supporting an external account manager .
The Person .
You will be a career motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a real commitment to exceed our customers’ expectations – a background in sales support , sales administration/customer services is essential and a degree education whilst not essential would be advantageous . Experience gained working for an IT company or similar technology organisation would be beneficial , but not essential.
