Due to continued demand from our increasing customer base we now have a real career opportunity for a talented individual to join our commercial sales team based at our Birmingham offices.
As an Internal Account Manager you will support and manage a number of high profile commercial accounts ensuring that they have the highest level of customer service by being the designated point of contact and providing a full portfolio of account management services including;
- Preparation of quotations [including technical specifications ]
- Management of orders through the internal queues
- ownership of aged debt
- following up on quotations with customers
- management of special bids
- being the first point of contact for all customer queries and supporting an external account manager.
You will be a career motivated individual with excellent communication skills, strong previous admin experience and a real commitment to exceed our customers’ expectations. A background in a sales support role would be advantageous but not essential. Experience gained working for an IT company or similar technology organisation would also be beneficial but again not essential.
