We now have an exciting career opportunity for a talented individual to join our service management team based at our European Headquarters in Birmingham.
The role will involve :
* Providing efficient and effective administration support to management and service operators within the service response centre .
* Ensuring that we respond to customers within the stipulated service level agreement .
* Gaining call statistic information, response times, customer satisfaction reports etc and putting into reports using Excel .
* Liaising with our service support centre in Romania .
Skills, Knowledge & Experience required :
* Proven administration experience with a keen attention to detail
* Excellent comnunication skills, both verbal and written.
* Storng experience using Microsoft Excel packages.
* The Ability to Gain Security Clearance is a requirement for this role.
