    This is an exciting opportunity to be part of SCC’s most successful UK new business sales team. The team have achieved significant growth and success through securing Managed Services , Data Centre Services, Professional Services and Infrastructure projects into Commercial customers (typically 1,000-5,000 seats) across the South and South West. Due to recent wins, and clear growth ambitions an opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join this team to be part of its future growth and success in securing multi million pound wins.



    The team is predominately based from SCC’s Bristol office on Aztec West Business Park, and is a 2 minute drive to the M4/M5. The territory for this vacancy spans the South and South West to include South Wales, Bristol, Swindon, Newbury, Bournemouth and Southampton. This is designed to provide the successful candidate with a broad region from which to campaign and target Managed Services, Data Centre Services and Professional Services into Commercial customers, together with SCC’s broader portfolio of services. The team is supported by dedicated Technical, Services and Bid Management support based from the Bristol office, together with access to SCC’s wider resource pool located across the UK.


    This opportunity is for a real new business ‘hunter’ and to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to clearly demonstrate the following:


    •     A self-starter with a real drive and determination to win
    •     Developing long term campaigns into customers to drive multi million pound services wins
    •     Proven approach to generating meetings with key Stakeholders in target accounts .
    •     Proven ability in complex sales and solution selling .
    •     Track record in selling IT services into Commercial organisations (typically 1,000-5,000 seats).
    •     Proven track record in working to your own initiative, but with clear leadership skills to form and drive campaign teams .
    •     Strong commercial, business and financial acumen .
    •     You will be a strong influencer with a clear closing mentality .



    The successful candidate will have proven experience in Information technology  sales – ideally gained selling IT services , but what is more important is the candidates drive and determination to be successful. This opportunity is to join a highly successful and high earning new business team.
