    We now have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join us in our Cash team at our European Headquarters in Tyseley, Birmingham.

    The skills we are looking for:

    • Accurate data entry skills
    • Ability to communicate on all levels, both verbally and written
    • Ability work to on own initiative or as part of a team
    • Competent using Microsoft office applications, i.e. excel, words, outlook
    • Good eye for detail

    Main duties of the role include but are not limited to:

    • Posting daily Sales ledger receipts to customer accounts
    • Sales ledger reconciliation
    • Bank statement reconciliation
    • Review any payment discrepancies with Credit Control
    • Process Credit Card payments
    • Assist with the vetting of new customer accounts
    • Helping the Credit Services team with any ad hoc tasks

    This is a Full Time role (37.5 hours per week)

    Our Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm (1 hour Lunch)
