We now have an exciting career opportunity for a talented administrator to join our technology and software renewals team based at our Bracknell offices .
We are looking for an individual who is adaptable and commercially aware and comfortable dealing with both internal and external customers .
Using renewal information sourced from vendors and/or distribution , SCC internal systems and from our customers’ the role involves the administration of software licence renewals by issuing quotations and maintaining regular contact with customers both on the phone and by e-mail to ensure the renewals are purchased prior to expiry .
Skills and Experience :
Experience gained in an administration and/or customer services role
Good IT literacy using MS packages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An organised and methodical approach to work .
