    Overall Job Purpose:


    Responsible for campaigning a number of key target customers to develop and successfully close annuity and transformation services.



    Roles & Responsibilities:


    • Perform structured customer targeting and profiling to assess the suitability for developing annuity and transformation services business
    • Develop value-based relationships with senior (CXO) stakeholders within key customer targets
    • Develop annuity and transformation services opportunity with customer targets through a value-based sales approach
    • Present campaigns and opportunity analysis for management for review
    • Provide commercial ownership across all stages of opportunities
    • Provide leadership of virtual teams engaged on opportunities
    • Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
    • Develop structured engagement with relevant partners and key vendors to assist in the acceleration of customer campaigns
    • Perform regular analysis of key competitors within customer targets to assist in the sales process


    Key Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Experience:


    • Corporate sales experience
    • Highly driven, self-motivated and uses initiative
    • Competent in planning and owning multiple sales campaigns
    • Proven experience in winning annuity and transformation services
    • Proven ability to effectively engage with and influence C-level executives
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Proven ability to create effective and winning proposals
    • Proven ability to effectively manage and maintain long-term customer relationships
    • Proven ability to create effective and winning proposals
    • The ability to work collaboratively with technical and services teams in defining propositions for specific clients’
    • The ability to manage the entire opportunity lifecycle from inception through to contract signature .
