Our Payroll and HR Services and Solutions Division continues to expand creating a great career opportunity for a talented and motivated Sales Person to sell our Payroll and HR software and services to new customers across all sectors business sectors including public sector .
The role :
* To develop new business opportunities and build effective long term customer relationships .
* To build a pipeline of sales opportunities
* Work closely with marketing to obtain qualified leads
* To understand the prospective customers’ needs
* To work closely with development teams and pre sales
* To close business from the pipeline sufficient to meet /exceed set targets
* To record sales activity in out internal system .
* To build effective and on going relationships with all customers to foster repeat business .
We are looking for :
* Experience gained selling Software or IT Services
* Good knowledge of Payroll/Human Resource applications and legislation would be advantageous ..
* Proven sales track record .
* A passion for sales and self motivation to be successful to achieve targets .
* Ability to build relationships internally and externally
* Driving licence
