Our flexible resourcing division is expanding creating a real career opportunity for a Recruitment Payroll Administrator to join our in-house contract recruitment team at our head office in Tyseley , Birmingham .
Duties will include:
* Scheduling of contractors on the SCC Service Portal .
* Invoicing of clients on a weekly and monthly basis .
* Verification of timesheets against client /contractor contracts .
* Monitoring of purchase orders .
* Advise and chasing up purchase orders .
* Contract extension negotiations .
* Working with internal account managers to raise quotes
* Client liaison around finance queries .
Experience required :
* Good commercial acumen
* Good communication and interpersonal skills .
* Experience working in a recruitment environment would be advantageous but not essential .
