To assist the delivery of IT Services to the end client through supply of contracted services and value add additions. Deliver an effective and efficient customer focused service to all staff for SCC client, meeting service level agreements and customer expectations.
Main Duties of the Job:
Provide seamless on site IT support to the evolving operational needs of our client based in London .
Provide IT support to clients including:
First and Second Line support for software and hardware fault resolution
Installation, Move and Addition services in relation to IT equipment on customer sites
Video Conferencing suit support on occasion will be required for board rooms and meetings.
Local level network and Infrastructure patching and management
Re-streaming and configuring IT kit
Remote support using software support tools where available
Escalation of incidents to line management where necessary
Log all Incidents and requests on to call handling system
Completion of project activity as request by SCC or the customer on site.
Resolve software incidents, on all client kit
Re-loading/configuring software applications and images
Look for potential service improvements
Monitor service level performance.
Implement corrective actions to ensure service levels are maintained.
To complete all work assigned in a timely professional manner.

Required Knowledge, skills & experience
Laptop/Desktop setup and use.
General Hardware knowledge
VC equipment knowledge
Knowledge of current IT issues
Experience of networked systems Service desk and problem solving experience
Proficient in Microsoft Windows\Office\Outlook related products
