Responsibility for delivering SCC’s Services marketing in line with agreed sales & marketing plan for FY19. Launching new services, developing internal sales knowledge & being comfortable working crossfunctionally. Consistently producing and executing go-to-market plans, messaging & positioning of IT solutions. Helping produce content, sales collateral & campaigns that showcase SCC’s services to increase sales engagement. Reports into the Services Marketing Manager.
|Key Duties – include:
§ To immerse in the culture of SCC, applying your experience of marketing to the IT services market and the development of marketable cloud delivered and managed service propositions.
§ Facilitate strong communication and collaboration between marketing, sales & services colleagues, and senior board management.
§ Focus on the detail, demonstrate expertise in translating technical capabilities into compelling messaging, and plan & deliver integrated marketing campaigns that create leads, build pipeline, and mature existing opportunities.
§ Co-ordinate and influence resources across the company and be assertive when it comes to deadlines
§ Help tell the SCC story in a relevant way across all marketing channels to enhance SCC’s profile & awareness
§ Support in the development of key propositions to raise SCC’s profile & awareness through capabilities, customers & thought-leadership;
§ Ability to communicate with and influence myriad stakeholders – from customers to technical architects to senior management and salespeople
§ Tech-savvy and inspired by technology.
§ Utilise social media to widen SCC’s voice;
§ Produce sales collateral & toolkits across all propositions & services to facilitate sales; engagement & improve sales campaign results;
§ Help produce feature articles & case studies to evidence SCC’s positioning;
§ Align vendor marketing activities to support marketing & sales campaigns ;
§ Help identify & win key industry awards;
§ Produce & keep updated a dedicated SCC website
§ Produce action plans & report on progress;
§ Manage agencies – where appropriate.
|Key Performance Indicators – include:
§ Updated & enhance collateral to aid selling; including factsheets, brochures and films.
§ Launch new web landing pages with relevant & updated content including capability film(s);
§ Produce 4 new case studies;
§ Produce & manage services content calendar;
§ Win at least two awards;
§ Help deliver bi-monthly webinars around core services;
§ Utilise SCC’ LinkedIn profile to position SCC’s credibility & engage with key influencers & decision makers;
§ Report monthly on progress & results.
