Due to continued demand for our IT break/fix services; we are now looking for a talented IT Support Engineer to attend customer sites to provide support and repair on IT hardware and software products ; providing a high level of customer service .
To repair , diagnose and replace PC’s , laptops ,printers and servers and some EPOS equipment and associated peripherals .
Provide desktop support to SCC customers .
Assist other engineers in the delivery of service to our customers .
Communicate with call administration to manage all call details and understand timescales .
Carry out customer rebuilds and configuration to desk
Carry out Audio Visual and printer repairs .
Act as a mentor to junior engineers .
We are looking for :
Knowledge of PC , Laptop , Printer and associated peripherals
Experience of fault diagnosis and repair of IT equipment
Trained in Desktop/Laptop Printers and Servers
Good knowledge of common software products
Knowledge of AV products
Full UK driving license
Excellent customer facing skills
Professional and presentable at all times
Willingness to learn new technologies
