Due to continued demand for our IT break/fix services; we are now looking for a talented IT Support Engineer to attend customer sites to provide support and repair on IT hardware and software products ; providing a high level of customer service .
Working 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday .
To repair , diagnose and replace PC’s , laptops , printers and servers and some EPOS equipment and associated peripherals .
Provide desktop support to SCC customers .
Assist other engineers in the delivery of service to our customers .
Communicate with call administration to manage all call details and understand timescales .
Carry out customer rebuilds and configuration to desk
Carry out Audio Visual and printer repairs .
Act as a mentor to junior engineers .
We are looking for :
Knowledge of PC , Laptop , Printer , Server and associated peripherals
Experience of fault diagnosis and repair of IT equipment as above
Trained in Desktop/Laptop Printers and Servers
Good knowledge of common software products
Full UK driving license
Excellent customer facing skills
Professional and presentable at all times
Willingness to learn new technologies
